PAYMENT SCHEDULE
All reservations are guaranteed once the deposit is received. We will send you
a confirmation slip the day your deposit arrives, and a copy of our policies
will be sent with each confirmation slip. This amount must be received at
least 30 days prior to your arrival date. In case of shorter time reservation,
deposit must be included in your total payment. We will work with you on
payment schedule if needed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
45 Days or more before scheduled check-in date: 100% Refund (minus a $25
processing fee)
30-45 days before scheduled check-in date: 50% refund
15-30 Days before scheduled check-in date: 25% refund
1-15 days before scheduled check-in date: deposit forfeited
